What is our exchange policy?

We are extremely confident on the quality of any product from Austmag. However, we understand sometimes the incorrect item may be purchased and, in this case, we do offer a 7-day exchange policy from date of purchase, where you are eligible for an exchange only. Any extra cost of a different item of more value only, will be made before exchange is completed. 

Please note any shipping costs paid by you, as the customer on your original order, will not be refunded should you require an exchange.  

You are responsible for the return shipping cost of the returned and/or exchanged item. We recommend sending the return with tracking to avoid any issues. Unfortunately, if the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. 

 How do I return an item for exchange?

If you need to return your item/s please email our team at  [email protected]  with your order number, name and phone number, as well as the reason why you would like to exchange your item.

We may ask a few questions regarding your exchanged item, in order for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

What if my item is damaged or faulty? 

We pride ourselves in quality control here at Austmag, however some faults/damages may come un noticed at time of dispatch. In this event we ask you to email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the goods. The product being returned for exchange, must be in an unused condition and returned in its original packaging, or re-wrapped appropriately. Damage of returned item in transit, or before transit, upon arriving at Austmag, warrants no exchange of product and exchange will be denied. Proof of product undamaged before arriving at Austmag may be required in some circumstances to receive an exchange on product originally purchased.

Please email your name and order number along with any supporting photos of the damaged goods. Please also specify whether you would like an exchange or a refund (to the value of the purchase cost) on damage goods only. 

Our customer service will respond to you within 4 business days to discuss the exchange/refund.

**Please note the goods must be UNUSED, and in original packaging.

Change of mind

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund change of mind orders. This also includes all pre ordered items. 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately all sale or discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned unless damaged or faulty.
