What are our shipping rates?
We offer a flat shipping fee of $8 for Perth Metro area only, for less than 15kg. $16 flat rate for less than 15kg outside of the metro area of Perth WA. Please contact Austmag at [email protected] or (08) 9240 8861 for larger order transport costs/quotes, before placing the order. Please contact Austmag for orders to the Eastern sea board of Australia for a quote on transport.
How does delivery work?
We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries, and deliver Australia-wide. We will process your order within 2-5 business days (excluding any public holidays), and you should expect your parcel within 7-14 business days, in metro areas from when it leaves our warehouse in Perth. *Please note shipping to rural locations may take longer. Other local transport companies are used for Perth Metro area.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an order confirmation via email with a tracking number. Australia Post will also send you a follow up email that says your delivery from Austmag is on its way, please note you may opt to receive notifications via text with Australia Post.
Australia Post does not offer live tracking, and the system may take 24 hours to catch up.
If your order does not arrive within 14 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with Australia Post. We guarantee your parcel’s delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. Australia Post may contact you offering safe drop – if you accept this, we do not take responsibility for the package.
If you purchased a product, please take note of the expected shipping details on the product item. Once Austmag receive the order we will process your order and you will receive a delivery confirmation. You should expect your parcel within 7-14 business days from delivery confirmation in metro areas.
Shipping Delays
Please note that due to the current Covid situation there may be some shipping delays as well as delays with logistical updates. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control, and we will do our best to keep our communication present with you once we receive information from our courier providers.
